Hi, I’m Lori and a mom to a fantastic son, Jaxson. He’s been living with multiple food allergies since he was two. I created Living Allergy Aware to support, educate, and inspire others navigating food allergies. I truly believe that life beyond the food labels is not only possible, but full of adventure!

Besides being a parent, I have my Masters in Epidemiology and Biostatistics and work full time in Clinical Trials, supporting the development of new treatments for a variety of indications. I hope one day to work in Food Allergies so both of my worlds can finally come together!
